January is a month full of promise – there’s a whole new year just waiting for you to achieve greatness (and I know you can do it!). How to settle back in after your Christmas break

The time you have taken away from the office may have left you feeling fantastically refreshed, but chances are that the Christmas period has been packed with parties, family events and general overindulgence so you may not be all that rejuvenated.
