We are not a call centre. You are assigned a dedicated lifestyle manager as you are an individual and we treat you as one. We get to know you so we can be proactive on your behalf. 

Some companies expect you to deal with a different person every time you contact them. At cushion the impact we do things differently. Whenever possible, we try to ensure our clients deal with the same member of our team, the relationship we create means your trust in us is absolute.

Whether you want us to come to be a PA at home or a virtual assistant in our offices, we can help.

No more pieces of paper or sticky yellow notes dotted around your home, we have it all maintained on a jobsheet for you  and naturally you are welcome to check it whenever you like. 

Confidentiality and trust are paramount to us and we are registered under the Data Protection Act. We do not pass your details to any other parties unless required by the task in hand, and your permission is always gained in advance.
