 Jermyn Street Celebrates The Art of Being British: St James’s At Your Service.  get along to this spectacular traffic free event on Jermyn Street on Saturday 10th September from 12 noon- 5pm Celebrate everything that is quintessentially British. There will be demos on how to tie a Windsor knot, make perfume, taste cheese and wine and shine shoes. A fashion show will run throughout the day, and you can enjoy street activities such as Wilton’s oyster shucking, a Ferrari car show and The Cavendish hog roast.

Spoil yourself at Letterfinlay Lodge:  resting on the banks of Loch Lochy (I love that name!), the Lodge boasts breathtaking views over the Great Glen. You can watch the world sail by from the panoramic sundeck or if you’re feeling energetic take on some of the activities on offer from clay pigeon shooting to canyoning or white water rafting. Personally we’ll stick with relaxing with a book and a glass of wine
