This app could save you a fortune in roaming data charges. Widely believed to be the most accurate and reliable weather app, The Weather Channel will give you forecasts for the next hour, day or week as well as interactive maps. The app is available in 34 languages. For the more hurricane loving of us the Met Office has an app too. Free
