Every March, Animal Aid runs their Veggie Month campaign, encouraging people to take the opportunity to try vegetarianism for a few weeks. The campaign focuses on emphasising the benefits of a meat-free diet and tempting those who may be toying with the idea of giving up meat to bite the bullet and give it a try.
