The client – Landlady
Anna is a long-standing client who has been with cushion the impact for 10 years. She owns a portfolio of properties throughout the country and uses our services to manage their day-to-day running. We are the tenants’ first port of call for any queries. Anna also uses our services for her personal use. We collect her mail when she is on holiday and have helped organise holidays and parties.
