On her trip home to London after several years living abroad, Helen visited her flat in Islington which had been let via an estate agent only to find that it was in need of total redecoration, not to mention a bowed bathroom wall. We coordinated builder quotations and project managed the job (including making sure the new bathroom wall was straight), making regular visits and taking progress photos to give Helen peace of mind that her home was being cared for. She enjoyed working with us so much that we now manage the property for her, including arranging deliveries and liaising with tenants on a regular basis.
