Annie’s first book had been a great success but she was finding it difficult to focus on her second book because of demands on time from her family and her work. Together Andrea and Annie came up with a way of scheduling Annie’s time which suited her and together they worked on strategies to remove Annie’s initial reluctance to delegate. Now she is more than happy delegating tasks to family, colleagues or back to Andrea!
