Knowing how difficult it is to find places to go that will suit the whole family we asked our friends at Travel Counsellors to come up with some ideas for our Blog readers- we hope there’s something here for you.

Cruise- companies such as Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Thomson cater for children with lots of activities and kids clubs, including ships with rock wall and skating rink.
Beaches Resorts by Sandals in Turks and Caicos has lots for children to do including activities for the young ones, DJ lessons with scratch academy for teens and an action adventure water park. They also offer certified nannies.
Porta Ventura on the Costa Dorada has several hotels in the park such as the El Paso, with over 100 attractions day and night for adults and children.
Travel Counsellors recommended family hotel in Tenerife is The Bitacora with two big swimming pools (one which has a children’s section and a water slide), and the popular “Nenelandia” children’s playground, the hotel also offers a children’s buffet.
Holiday Villages, in Rhodes, Costa del sol, Algarve, Mallorca, Egypt, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Tunisia and Cyprus. There’s plenty to keep the kids occupied – Kids’ Clubs, Stage Academy, Swim Academy and Reebok Football Academy.
