Bad Habits You MUST Break in 2018

Most of us will have started the year with a list of resolutions, a list of things we should do over the coming year, but what about things you should not be doing? There’s no point introducing a whole load of new habits if you don’t break the old ones that are holding you back (and, be honest, how many of those resolutions have gone out the window already?).

Chances are you’re committing a few productivity sins, and we’ll admit to being guilty to at least one or two on the list too. Achieve more in 2018 by removing these from your repertoire.

STOP…

  • Saying “yes” to everything
  • Procrastinating
  • Waiting for the perfect time
  • Waiting for some kind of divine inspiration before starting a difficult task
  • Working too hard
  • Doing so much
  • Complaining about how much you have to do
  • Being overly positive about everything (we know it seems like a contradiction, but there is a middle ground)
  • Trying to keep everyone happy, all of the time
  • Thinking that you need to be absolutely perfect
