Although these events are not taking place until later in the year, it is time to register your interest, book tickets, apply for entry and generally make your mind up about whether or not you wish to participate. Make sure you don’t miss out!
The next Ideal Home Show will run in Earls Court from 15th March until 1st April and tickets are now available. If you would like to be one of the guests at the 105th Ideal Home Show, book your ticket now to make sure that you get the opportunity to browse and buy from the Interiors, Home Improvements, Gardens, Food & Housewares, Technology, Woman, Shopping and Show Homes exhibitions. Adult tickets cost £16.50-£18.50 on the day and £12-£14 in advance, children under 16 go free.
The ballot for the Virgin London Triathlon is now open, so submit your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The ballot will close at 23.59 on 7th February so you will need to be quick! Submitting your application on time does not guarantee your place in the event, it just puts your name into the hat. All applicants will be contacted by 15th February regarding the success of their entry.
This year’s Hampton Court Flower Show will take place from 9th-14th July. Booking is now open and Early Bird pricing is available to members until 1st April, so it is well worth getting in early. When booking your tickets, it should be noted that Tuesday and Wednesday are restricted to members only. Early Bird members tickets cost from £18, with regular advance tickets priced from £23. Full details of the show are yet to be released.
Although the Queen was actually born in April, her birthday is officially marked by the Trooping of the Colours on 15th June. A postal ballot for spectator tickets is now open until the end of February. If you wish to attend the event, send a stamped addressed envelope, your details and the number of tickets you require (maximum of 3) to the following address:
