Did You Know Tomorrow is the Most Active Day of the Year and March 2014 Events

BY cushion the impact

Yes, the last Thursday in February is traditionally the day when British people are most motivated and likely to exercise. Studies have found that, as cold weather and dark evenings are blamed for lack of working out, the end of February tends to see a dramatic increase in our levels of activity.

If you’re feeling pressured into putting that gym membership to good use or heading out for a jog, don’t worry – the urge might be gone again early in March!

Whether or not you succumb to the temptation to lace up those running shoes and blow off some cobwebs, here’s what will be happening around London over the next month or so.

Things to remember:

Early bird discount for Royal Ascot tickets is available until the 1st April. Those wishing to view the event from the Royal Enclosure will need to obtain sponsorship and submit their application as soon as possible.
