Are you a morning person?

I’m not and apparently only 10% of us are natural morning people so it’s no wonder that many of us are guilty of hitting the snooze button more than once each day.

Those 9 minutes of snoozing don’t achieve anything.

You don’t get a decent amount of rest and you probably spend most of the snooze waiting for the alarm to go off again anyway. If you hit snooze twice every morning, that’s almost 2 hours wasted per working week. You could be doing so much more with that time.

I completely understand if you don’t believe you’ll ever be someone who leaps out of bed full of the joys of spring as soon as the alarm sounds, but here’s how to make it a far more pleasant experience.
