London Cocktail Week
If you’re in London between 8th and 14th of October, we can think of far worse ways to spend your time than visiting the venues participating in London Cocktail Week! Over two hundred bars will be taking part in the event by creating their very own bespoke Cocktail Week tipple.
If you would like to sample any of the cocktails on offer, the first thing to do is register on the Diffords website and get your hands on a wristband. Early booking is advised as the wristband price will rise from £4 to £10 once the festival starts. Wearing a wristband enables you to join the Cocktail Tours, which we will tell you more about in a moment.
Seven Dials in Covent Garden will serve as the heart of the festival, with a London Cocktail Week shop opening in the area for the duration. Wristbands booked online can be collected at the pop-up shop, which will also be selling all the equipment you will need to re-create your favourite cocktails at home, from 10am on Sunday 7th October. Carry on from here to visit hotels, bars, retail outlets and members clubs in the Covent Garden area, which will all be running their own London Cocktail Week events.
Cocktail Tours:
The main event of London Cocktail Week will be the Cocktail Tours. Wristband-holders can visit any of the pubs, bars and clubs participating in the Cocktail Tours to enjoy a signature cocktail for just £4.

Don’t worry about transport if the bars you fancy are all in different areas, wristband holders can avail of free Routemaster bus transfers between zones. Just wear your wristband and wait at one of the Big Red Bus Stops. You shouldn’t need to wait more than ten minutes for a bus.
London Cocktail Week isn’t all about the tours; there will be plenty of other events throughout the city over the course of the week. Pop-up cafes and bars, cocktail sampling, afternoon tea and a jazz evening form part of the itinerary; the full version of which can be found here . Tickets for each event can be purchased now from the Diffords website.
If you are attending any of the London Cocktail Week events, we hope you have a fantastic time (Andrea did last year). Just remember to know your limits!
