New London Restaurants for April 2016
One of the things we love most about this fantastic city is the unbeatable selection of events, restaurants and entertainment choices. We love that there is little danger of running out of something new to try. To demonstrate what we mean, here’s a tiny taster of the excellent restaurants new to London this April.

This Asian fusion restaurant opened its doors for the first time a matter of days ago, but the futuristic surroundings, stunning views and, of course, delicious food, have been earning rave reviews. The current menu includes glazed lobster dog, popcorn prawns, crab turnip egg cake and a range of cocktails. It is, after all, ‘genuinely inauthentic’.

Lib-rary has opened a permanent restaurant in the guise of St Luke’s Kitchen, a forty-seater eatery with a private terrace and regular live music. A rota of chefs will take residency for 4-6 weeks each, creating their own menu for a limited time only. At present, the menu boasts quail 3 ways, tiger prawns, chargrilled aubergine stacks and some very tasty-looking desserts.

If you find yourself in Shoreditch with an appetite for Mexican food, Santo Remedio is the place to be. Promising proper Mexican food, created using ethical ingredients, Santo Remedio is small but perfectly formed. To get your taste buds tingling, here are a few dishes from the menu – grilled cactus tacos, quesadillas, baby potato flautas and octopus with yerba santa and jalapeno mojo. Hungry yet?
