BBQ Whisky Beer at The Wargrave Arms
No prizes for guessing what is on the menu at this pop-up: BBQ, whisky and beer. The Wargrave Arms in Marylebone will be playing host to BBQ Whisky Beer, serving high-quality “dirty” fast food and an impressive selection of drinks to visitors. Chicken wings, mac n cheese, ribs and burgers feature on the menu, with over 150 varieties of malt whisky and numerous beers and ales on hand to wash them down.

Formerly of Upper Street, Wax Jambu has moved to a secret room above the William IV pub in Shoreditch, where they will be residence until 1st May. The rum saloon is expanding its repertoire to include cocktails, whiskies and bourbons and providing a range of tasting sessions, master classes and competitions. Candlelight Club’s New York Speakeasy Crawl
The Candlelight Club do secret events very well indeed and their next one will be at a secret location in London on 19th and 20th April. For every bar which was shut down in 1920s Prohibition New York, it is estimated that another six or so “speakeasy” drinking dens opened. Now’s your chance to don your glad rags and pick your way through sliding walls and secret doors, avoiding trapdoors and alarms on your way to grab an illicit drink at the bar. Tickets are now on sale online for £15.75.
