Beat the Royal Mail stamp price hike

For the third consecutive year, the price of stamps is due to rise with effect from Tuesday 29^th March.

From next week, a 1^st class stamp will cost 64p, 2^nd class will be priced at 55p and a 1^st class large letter stamp will set you back 96p. 2^nd class large letter stamps will cost 75p from the 29^th.

Royal Mail have confirmed that stamps purchased prior to this date will remain valid, so long as they state 1^st or 2^nd instead of a specific price.

If you want to avoid the price hike for as long as possible, make the most of current rates by stocking up on stamps between now and next Monday.
