Jack had been renting out his terraced house for years, he called us in to project manage the refurbishment to upgrade the beautiful Victorian building back to its former glory. As his third child had recently been born, he had no time to deal with the recalcitrant estate agent. We arranged builder quotation visits, liaised with tenants for access, collated quotes one of which Jack selected. As the project progresses we are managing the project representing Jack’s interest, and ensuring everything goes smoothly.
