When Jenny’s elderly mother was taken into hospital, she contacted us in tears as the clutter in her mother’s flat was overwhelming and in her words ‘looked like one of those hoarder’s places on the tv’. 12 days later, 1 skip and 70+ bags of rubbish later, her mother’s flat was transformed. This was not a house clearance job which is why we had been called in. Every drawer, cupboard, bin bag, floor, in fact every item in the flat including every sheet of paper was individually checked as valuables would be mixed in with 10 year old newspapers.
