This doesn’t mean that you should be overloading yourself with an unachievable mountain of tasks – it means you should regularly add to what you need to achieve.
Don’t let those new tasks take up headspace you could be using for something more urgent or important. Your to-do list’s job is to act as a placeholder, memorising those tasks so you don’t need to.
Stop using your to-do list as a place to splurge in the morning, only to be revisited to check a task off.
