cushion the impact, London’s leading personal and corporate concierge and lifestyle management services has recently announced a partnership with The Fixer, based in Yorkshire, to launch @Ukconcierge.
Cushion the Impact, one of the UK’s longest serving and most respected companies in the industry was approached by The Fixer to provide a UK wide innovative service to individuals and companies seeking specialised services. The new venture is being headed up by Andrea Osborne, MD of Cushion the Impact and Kimberley O’Callaghan, Director for The Fixer.
The outcome will be a limited online service via social networks, starting primarily with twitter. Andrea explains the reasoning behind the move as, “to ensure that the services continue to meet our client’s demands, and we were finding that our clients were spending more and more time online so we have to follow suit. Similarly, it gives those who are contemplating the service but not quite sure how it works, the opportunity to try us out.”
Kimberley commented, “ability to react quickly and provide exactly what the client is looking for is key to deliver exceptional service to our clients, as we usually have the time that they do not. Therefore by allowing all our members an instant online solution to contact us is vital. We are both delighted with this latest development believe that showing innovation to offer a more cost effective service in a challenging market is definitely the way forward.”
